2 Puppies Found Dead in a Trashbag Behind a Revere Gas Station
Revere Police are investigating the deaths of two puppies found left in a trash bag Saturday evening.
Authorities said a landscaper found the bag behind the Sunoco gas station at 1781 North Shore Rd, close to Revere Police headquarters.
Both dogs — one brown, one black — had cropped tails. The department posted pictures of the dogs on Facebook, but be warned: they are disturbing.
“Although they are graphic, we are releasing pictures of the puppies in hopes that someone will recognize them and assist in the investigation,’’ the department wrote.
The Animal Rescue League has taken the dogs for further investigation.
Anyone with more informatoin is asked to call investigators at 781-656-1114.
