A woman who “broke up’’ with her left leg by deciding to have it amputated because of injuries from the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing is back in her home after a brief post-operation stint in rehab.

Rebekah DiMartino, 27, chronicled her hospitalization via Facebook, even posting this short video right before her hospital discharge that puts a playful spin on Amy Winehouse’s hit song, “Rehab’’:

She is currently awaiting a prosthetic leg in her hometown of Houston, where she maintains that she wants to compete in the 2015 Boston Marathon, according to the Associated Press.

DiMartino was a Boston Marathon spectator in 2013 when one of the two bombs detonated less than 10 feet from where she stood with her 7-year-old son and the man who would become her husband. Although all three were injured, DiMartino’s injuries were the most severe, requiring 17 surgeries in an effort to save her left leg, which was wounded in several places. She finally had it amputated at a Houston-area hospital on Nov. 10 before entering into rehab on Nov. 14.
