Woman Shot to Death in Dorchester, Police Ask for Public’s Help

Boston Police are asking for the public’s help to find a suspect wanted in connection to a fatal shooting in Dorchester Saturday afternoon.

Officers said they responded to a 911 call just after 4 p.m. near 45 Bowdoin St. to discover a woman suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim, who has not yet been publicly identified, later died at the scene.

The department released a statement that said investigators were on the lookout for Paulo Rosa, 30, of Dorchester, in connection to the alleged homicide.

Rosa may be driving a blue G37 Inifiniti Coupe with a 1LZ-224 Massachusetts license plate and should be considered dangerous, authorities said.
