Pedestrian Discovers Body of Unidentified Woman Near Chelsea Intersection
The body of a woman believed to be in her mid-20s to mid-30s was found by a pedestrian near the intersection of Suffolk and Highland Streets in Chelsea at about 9:20 Saturday morning.
Chelsea Police, Massachusetts State Police, and the Suffolk County DA’s office are working to identify the woman as they investigate her death.
Though the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner has yet to determine the actual cause of death, police noted that there appear to be no immediate signs of trauma on the woman’s body.
