Rainy days can be depressing and dreary. People seem to forget how to drive the minute precipitation begins to fall, making an already frustrating commute downright hellish. You’re late, you’re stressed, and you’re simultaneously sweating through your raincoat and soaked from the knees down.

Still, despite the obvious downsides, rainy days in Boston have a certain charm to them — especially if you frame them right. Here are a few photos of a grey day’s silver linings that did just that.
