Suspect in North End Indecent Assault Arrested in Fall River
A suspect in an early Saturday morning North End indecent assault was arrested Saturday night in Fall River, according to Boston Police.
Nieto Wagner, 36, of Fall River, was arrested by a member of the Boston Police Fugitive Unit at approximately 10 p.m.
He was arrested in connection to an assault that took place at approximately 2:45 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Tileston and Wiggin Streets in Boston’s North End. Officers responded to a call from a woman saying that a suspect who had been walking behind her grabbed her in an indecent manner when she turned to acknowledge him. The suspect fled, and officers were unable to locate him near the scene.
