Tsarnaev Defense Requests Trial Delay, Change of Venue Hearing
Lawyers for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev asked a judge Thursday to hold a hearing on a venue change and for more time to prepare for trial.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys were in court for a scheduled status hearing. Tsarnaev was not present in the courtroom.

The final pre-trial hearing in the case is scheduled for Oct. 20, according to the US Attorney’s Office.
