Boston Globe: City Could Net $18m Annually From Mohegan Sun
A source familiar with the negotiations between Mohegan Sun and Mayor Martin J. Walsh said the casino developer would pay at least $18 million annually to East Boston for neighborhood improvement as part of a yet-to-be-signed deal.
From The Boston Globe:

Lawyers for the city were still combing through the nearly 100-page agreement Tuesday; it had not yet been signed.
