Jill Abramson to Teach at Harvard This Fall
The New York Times reports that Jill Abramson, the former executive editor of The Times, will be teaching an undergraduate course in narrative nonfiction at Harvard University this fall.
Abramson was the first woman to hold the top editing position at The Times, and was dismissed last month over “an issue with management in the newsroom’’ by the paper’s publisher, Arthur O. Sulzberger Jr.
Her replacement as executive editor was Dean Baquet, a managing editor at the paper.
