Two Injured in Wonderland MBTA Station Stabbing
Two victims were stabbed Friday night at the Blue Line’s Wonderland MBTA Station in Revere, according to a MBTA Police report.
According to NECN, on Friday at 9:30 p.m., authorities responded to news of a possible stabbing.
One male, 49, suffers from serious injuries and one female, 33, suffers from non-life-threatening injuries.
CBS Boston reports that the victims were transported to Massachusetts General Hospital for treatment.
According to WCVB, transit police said the stabbing occurred after a verbal exchange that escalated to a physical confrontation on the Blue Line.
A 28-year-old Boston man was arrested and is being charged with assault with intent to murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
