Feld Entertainment, which owns Ringling Brothers circus, said the single carabiner failure led to the collapse, which sent eight acrobats crashing over 25 feet to the ground, injuring nine. The circus has left town and is setting up for performances in Connecticut without the Medieros Troupe, which performed the “hair hang’’ trick during their routine.
