Three restaurants commit to Assembly Row
Three restaurants have committed to Assembly Row, the complex of stores, eateries, and apartments under construction at the site of a former Ford car assembly plant. The restaurants are Legal C Bar
, an offshoot of Legal Sea Foods; Papagayo
, a Mexican restaurant and tequila bar; and The Burger Dive
, whose name just about says it all. The announced leases are the first since AMC Entertainment said it would open a 12-screen movie theater at the site, which is slated for thousands of apartment units and a T station on the Orange Line
. Burger Dive will also feature a “Burgermobile’’ that in the coming months will rove Somerville and Boston-area neighborhoods to promote the restaurant and hand out samples of the fare to come.
