Maxwell’s Green residential development welcomes first tenants
After more than a year under construction, the Maxwell’s Green residential development on Lowell Street has welcomed its first tenants. The first of four buildings, totaling 60 units, opened last week, with renters moving into a handful of fourth-floor apartments. Three other buildings in the 180-unit complex are slated for completion next year, according to planners. When finished there will be a public green space at the center of the quadrangular development, which was constructed ahead of a planned Green Line Extension stop steps away at Lowell Street.
