Nomination Letters – Quincy Medical Center
Julie Norton
This past Thanksgiving evening, I slipped on the cement curb outside my home. I was not paying attention, as my husband had died suddenly the week before. My son immediately called Julie, a nurse at Quincy Medical Center, who has a degree in occupational therapy. Julie called an ambulance and directed them on what they should do. At the hospital, I was told I had fractured my sixth vertebrae. I’m still recovering and Julie still checks on me, helping me with occupational therapy. She is an awesome nurse, young friend, and neighbor. P.S. I am an 84-year-old woman and Julie is the best!
