Fran DiLeo is, in my eyes, exemplary. She is kind, caring, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. She greets her patients with a smile and makes them feel comfortable as she works hand in hand with the various doctors at the wound center. Fran is the type of nurse who makes a visit to the center more pleasing. She is tireless in her attempts to comfort and attend to her patients.
