Maria Torcivia

I feel blessed to have Maria taking care of my mother, Viola Ferullo. My mother lives at Lewis Mall, an independent/assisted living facility in East Boston. She is in a wheelchair and is hearing impaired. Maria takes the time to explain whatever we need to know and listens and responds to any questions we may have. She is very patient, making sure Mom fully understands what is being said. She lets my mother know that she is important and always spends the time necessary to answer any of her questions. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and Mom knows that Maria will devote as much time as needed. I can rest easily knowing that Maria regularly looks in on my mother and is in good hands.
