Kathy Vezina, 53, has only had two jobs since high school, both in nursing homes, which speaks volumes about her dedication to her patients. Almost daily, the doctors she works with and patients’ families offer thanks for all that she does. She’s had opportunities to move to administrative positions, but has refused because it would take her away from her beloved patients. Kathy is a very special nurse. She’s also my wife and mother to my children.
