Emily Smith
My first clinical instructor, Emily Smith, is one of the best people and nurses whom I have ever met. She instilled independence and empathy in each of us. Each day at clinical, she pushed us to think outside the box and deliver the best care possible. I speak for my whole clinical group when I say that Emily gave us all the confidence that we will need to make it through nursing school and the many challenges we will face as nurses.
