Elissa and I work together to care for my panel of older adult patients. She is the most reliable, responsible, caring, smart, attentive nurse I have ever worked with in the outpatient setting. She spends many hours supporting patients on the phone. When I then see those patients in clinic, they spontaneously tell me how great she is, how caring and compassionate she is and how they feel truly cared for by her.
