Just when you thought the debate about the Boston 2024 Olympics had died down, it will return to the city this fall — but on a much smaller scale.

Simmons College is offering an undergraduate course called “Boston Olympics 2024,’’ which Boston Magazine said will be taught by Michelle Kweder, a critical management scholar who was an outspoken critic of the bid.

Kweder told Boston Magazine her ideal guest speaker panel would include Boston 2024 CEO Rich Davey, Mayor Marty Walsh’s Olympic liaison John Fitzgerald, Robin Jacks of No Boston 2024, and Chris Dempsey of No Boston Olympics.

She also said she’s not worried about remaining objective in the classroom because no one is truly unbiased, and that she would like to hear more voices on the “yes’’ side of the debate that have data to support their opinions.
