One injured in South End shooting

Police still have not made any arrests in connection with the incident.

Police are actively investigating a shooting that happened Sunday evening in the South End, which injured one person. 

According to the Boston Police Department, officers responded to the area of Washington Street and East Berkeley Street for a report of a person shot at 7:42 p.m. 

First responders transported the injured person to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Boston Police say they still have not made any arrests in connection with this incident and that an investigation is ongoing.
