Man charged with murder after woman, 38, found dead in Lynn, DA says

A man is charged with murder after police found a woman dead in Lynn early Sunday morning, the local district attorney said.
Police arrived at an address on Newhall Street in response to a call just before 1 a.m. Sunday, the office of Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker said in a press release. There, they found a 38-year-old woman dead, the DA’s office said.
A Lynn man, 30, was arrested and charged with murder, Tucker’s office said. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday morning in Lynn District Court.
The DA did not release the man or woman’s name, and court records related to the case were not publicly available as of Sunday night.
