A fatal shooting by Horatio Harris Park in Roxbury Tuesday left one person dead, according to Boston police.
Officers were called to the area of 107 Munroe St. just before 3 p.m. for a report of a person shot, Officer Michael Torigian said.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced dead, according to Torigian.
Homicide detectives are actively investigating the shooting, but no arrests have been made, Torigian said.
The victim’s identity had not been released as of Tuesday afternoon. Boston 25 News reported that the victim was an adult male.
