New Hampshire conservation officers are investigating after a man was caught on video illegally poaching a turkey in a cemetery there.
An unidentified man in camo clothing was caught on video Sunday morning shooting a turkey in a cemetery on Clough Hill Road in Loudon, according to a statement from New Hampshire Fish and Game Law Enforcement.
The poacher was dropped off from a full-sized, black late model pickup truck and, after wounding the turkey, wrestled it in the woods and left, according to the statement.
New Hampshire law prohibits hunting in cemeteries. Anyone with further information is advised to contact New Hampshire Fish and Game at 603-271-3361.
Warning: Graphic video.
