A Level 3 sex offender was held on bail Tuesday after allegedly committing a “peeping Tom” offense at Merrimack College.

Tyler Jacquard, 39, of Melrose, was charged with disorderly conduct and trespassing and held on $7,500 cash bail, according to court documents.

Merrimack College police allegedly found Jacquard on campus at 2:30 a.m. last Friday looking into student dorm windows, according to Boston 25 News.

Further court documents show that Jacquard has previously appeared in several courts for similar charges as early as 2006, including cases related to Endicott College and Wellesley College. Most of these cases — where Jacquard was charged with either lewdness, burglary, or disorderly conduct — were disposed of or dismissed.
