A 38-year-old woman and three teenagers from Hudson were arrested Friday after a firearm was shown on a social media livestream, officials said.
Jessire DaSilva was charged with interfering with a police officer/investigation, while a 17-year-old male teen was charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, possession of a firearm with a defaced serial number, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and improper storage of a firearm, according to a statement from the Hudson Police Department.
Two 14-year-old teens were each charged with assault and battery on a police officer and assault with a dangerous weapon, with one of the teens facing an additional charge of interfering with a police officer/investigation, according to the statement.
Hudson police discovered the livestream on Thursday, identified the male teen who carried the weapon, and determined he did not have a firearm identification card, according to the statement.
Police entered the home of one of the teens on Friday afternoon to execute a search warrant, according to the statement. The two younger teens were “verbally aggressive” toward the police officers and allegedly tried to order a dog in the home to attack the officers.
At one point, one of the 14-year-olds allegedly made physical contact with an officer, according to the statement.
DaSilva was asked by officers to step outside the home, where one of the teens was being detained. Officers allegedly witnessed DaSilva take the teen’s phone from them, according to the statement.
All four suspects were arrested with no further incident, according to the statement. In their search, police found a loaded 9mm Taurus GX4 handgun and several rounds of ammunition in the 17-year-old’s room.
DaSilva and the three teens were arraigned in Marlborough District Court Monday.
