MBTA officials are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest they say assaulted a transit employee earlier this month.
Transit officials said the incident happened around 6 p.m. on Feb. 11 at North Station.
“A T employee was conducting maintenance on fare machines. He requested a male use another gate. The male barged through, spit in his face [and] threw an unopened can of liquid striking [the] victim in the torso. Recognize this person of interest?” Transit officials said on X.
