An Amherst man pleaded guilty Wednesday in Boston to charges related to child pornography, according to a statement from United States Attorney Leah B. Foley.
Bradley Driscoll, 26, pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography, according to the statement. He will be sentenced in May.
Around Aug. 29, 2022, Driscoll engaged in an online conversation with an undercover agent, where he expressed interest in getting access to child sexual abuse materials, according to officials.
He also sent a link to the same agent, which had around 345 pre-existing files depicting children as young as 1-year-old being abused, according to officials.
Officials say he also asked the undercover agent to send him child pornographic images.
