A morning shooting in Dorchester on Monday left two people hospitalized, the Boston Police Department said.
Police responded to 122 Seaver St. in Dorchester, just across the street from Franklin Park, at 10:58 a.m, the department said. First responders took both victims to a local hospital, where police said they were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
Officers were seen in the convenience store near the shooting to obtain security footage, WHDH TV reported.
No arrests have been made, but an investigation is ongoing, BPD said. Crime data from Analyze Boston said there have been over 470 shootings in the area of Franklin Park since 2023.
