Woman fatally shot during ‘domestic incident’ in Worcester, police say
A woman was shot and a man was taken to the hospital after a shooting early Thursday morning, a spokesperson for the Worcester Police Department said.
A shooting in Worcester left one woman dead, police said in a statement on Thursday.
Police reported to a home on Gingerbread Trail at 2:05 a.m., a spokesperson for the Worcester Police Department said.
A man was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound, police said.
The spokesperson said the shooting was a “domestic incident,” so they will not release any more information as of Thursday night. However, police said there is no current danger to the public.
