A Milton man was arrested after allegedly stabbing two men, critically injuring one, in Roxbury Saturday night, Boston police announced.
Officers responded to 1003 Massachusetts Avenue just after 9 p.m. Saturday night, where someone was holding a man armed with a knife to the ground, according to Boston police. Officers disarmed the man and handcuffed him.
The address is listed as Liberty Diner, a Roxbury diner that was closed during the stabbing.
Two men were injured with stab wounds and were transported to local hospitals, police said. One man had life-threatening injuries, while the other was not severely injured.
Police arrested Conrad Burnette, 62, and charged him with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. He will likely be arraigned in Roxbury District Court this week.
