The man who allegedly shot and killed a 17-year-old in a Lynn Market Basket parking lot in June was arrested on Tuesday, authorities said.

Adrian Pena, 18, is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service in the Dominican Republic, the office of Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker said in a statement.

Pena will be arraigned on fugitive from justice charges in Miami, then arraigned for murder after being extradited to Massachusetts, Tucker said.
