Police responded to a report of a shooting early Monday morning involving two cars in Tewksbury, and are now asking the public to help locate the alleged shooter.
Tewksbury Police identified a person of interest, saying they believe his first name to be “Curtis” and that he may live in southern New Hampshire, according to a statement.
At about 5 a.m. on Monday, as two vehicles left Home Depot traveling south on Main Street in Tewksbury, someone in the rear vehicle fired shots at the lead vehicle, according to the police’s preliminary investigation. The vehicle fled the area.
Police believe those involved knew each another and that this was not a random act of violence. There are no reported injuries at this time.
