Woman sought in alleged Roxbury baseball bat assault

The incident occurred near Franklin Park on Saturday afternoon, according to Boston police.

Boston police are searching for a suspect who allegedly used a baseball bat to assault someone.

The incident occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Saturday near 35 Hutchings St. That address is in Roxbury, steps away from Franklin Park.

Police describe the suspect as a Black woman who was wearing a white tank top, yellow pants, black and yellow sandals, and “large styled pink glasses” at the time. She possibly has a tattoo on her right wrist, police said.

She was seen driving a white Honda with the license plate 3NMA92. The car had the words “Parkway Courtesy Vehicle” written on the rear windshield, police said.
