A man was shot in broad daylight outside a Stop & Shop in Revere on Tuesday in an incident that was caught on video.
Revere police responded to the grocery store, located at 540 Squire Road, at about 6:30 p.m. after getting multiple calls about a person being shot. The victim was brought to Massachusetts General Hospital with nonlife-threatening injuries. He has not been publicly identified.
A witness was sitting in a Tesla nearby when the violent incident took place. The car’s camera captured the moments leading up to the shooting and the attack itself. The video was obtained by Boston 25 News and posted online.

Two people can be seen exchanging words, with tensions escalating until they are inches from one another. A suspect in a gray, hooded sweatshirt gets into a black car after firing a weapon.
Revere police say that the suspect is 20-year-old Jeremy Carl Taylor-Tripp. He was identified by detectives from Revere, Everett, and Malden.
Taylor-Tripp fled the scene and was located at a home in Everett. He was arrested without incident. Police found a 9 millimeter handgun and an extended magazine after they arrested him, according to Revere police.
Taylor-Tripp was charged with armed assault with intent to murder, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of a large capacity feeding device, carrying a firearm without a license, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a building. He is scheduled to be arraigned at Chelsea District Court on Wednesday.
