Saugus man, 26, dead in apparent homicide

The man lived within the Essex Landing apartment complex.

A 26-year-old Saugus man is dead in an apparent homicide, according to authorities.

Michael Norton was found dead in his home at 44 Collins Ave. by family members on Saturday, the Essex County District Attorney’s Office said in a press release.

As of Monday morning, no arrests had been made, according to the DA. There also wasn’t word on how Norton may have died.

The address of the homicide is for the Essex Landing apartment complex.
