N.H. man indicted in 1-year-old’s drowning death in bathtub
MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — The death of a 1-year-old child who was found unresponsive in a bathtub in 2019 has led to the indictment of a Manchester man.
The child was found at a motel in Manchester and was taken to a local hospital, but did not regain consciousness, police said. The cause of death was determined to be drowning.
A 25-year-old man has been indicted on a charge of negligent homicide, police said in a news release Monday.
The man is being held in another state on unrelated charges, police said. It was not immediately known if he had a lawyer.
