Boston police released video footage Tuesday showing two of three suspects that officers believe were involved with two recent unarmed robberies in Dorchester, both of which left the victims physically injured.

As police investigate, officers are turning to the public for help identifying the suspects and the vehicle pictured in the video clip, according to a release

The first incident happened around 12:53 a.m. on Jan. 16 near 656 Adams St. in Dorchester, where officers said they met the victim who said he had been physically assaulted by three suspects.

“While striking the victim, the suspects were able to get away with the victim’s cell phone, air pods, wallet and approximately $40,” police said.

Boston EMS arrived on scene and brought the man, who had minor injuries, to a nearby hospital. Meanwhile, police said officers and other responding units “searched the area for the suspects to no avail.”

The second incident occurred around 10:26 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23 near 490 Ashmont St., where officers spoke to witnesses who reportedly said they saw “two suspects, in their late teens, physically attack the victim by punching him in the face repeatedly.”

Officers said they also witnessed the victim suffering from “facial lacerations and a contusion to his right eye.”

Boston EMS responded to the scene as well before bringing the man to a local hospital for further evaluation.
