Boston pastor arrested on multiple child rape charges
Boston pastor George Swain has been arrested on multiple charges of child rape and indecent assault on a child, Boston police announced in a release.
Swain, 71, is a bishop at Greater Victory Temple in Mattapan, according to WCVB.
Police say Swain was arrested at 1218 Blue Hill Avenue in Mattapan on Friday morning. That is the same address listed for the church on its website.
He is set to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court Monday morning.
