East Bridgewater man charged after allegedly pulling gun on man not wearing mask in Walgreens

The victim, a 30-year-old Abington man, was not injured.

An argument over one man not wearing a face mask in a Bridgewater Walgreens led to another man allegedly pulling a gun on him in the store’s parking lot, according to police.Todd Goulston, 59, of East Bridgewater, is being charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace, Bridgewater police said in a news release.Police were called to the Walgreens at 4 Central Square around 5:20 p.m. on Friday. The manager of the store said two men were having an argument over one of them not wearing a face mask, according to authorities.The argument moved to the parking lot, where Goulston allegedly pulled out the gun and pointed it at the victim, a 30-year-old man from Abington, who reportedly hadn’t been wearing a mask in the store. Goulston then left; the victim wasn’t injured, police said.Goulston was later arrested at his home, and was brought to a hospital since he said he had a “medical issue.” Police removed firearms from Goulston’s home; he had a license to carry, authorities said.
