Suspect arrested in February Dorchester murder

A 20-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder in relation to a fatal shooting in Dorchester in early February, Boston police said in a news release. 

Homicide detectives charged Jose Carrucini, of Dorchester, on Saturday with allegedly shooting and killing 21-year-old Admilson Ribiero on Feb. 5. 

During the initial incident, police reportedly found Ribiero suffering from apparent gunshot wounds around 6:28 p.m. near 149 Magnolia St.

He was taken to an area hospital, officers said, where he died from his injuries. 

Carrucini is scheduled to be arraigned in Dorchester District Court on Tuesday, May 26, officers said.
