Holyoke police seek man who accosted teen girls walking to school
The man, who was in an SUV, allegedly had no pants on and was masturbating when he approached the girls.
A man in an SUV allegedly asked two teenage girls in Holyoke for directions to the highway Thursday morning while wearing no pants and masturbating. The girls reportedly ran away when they realized what was going on, and he then drove away, police told MassLive.
Police have now turned to the public for help in identifying the suspect.
Lt. James Albert told MassLive that the man was wearing a plaid shirt and is described as a white 40-year-old with blond or dark blond hair. He said the suspect drove a blue Honda SUV with no license plates.

The incident reportedly happened around 8:50 a.m. as the two girls were walking to school near High Street and Worcester Place.
“The girls arrived at school and reported the incident to the school staff, who contacted the police. They were not injured but were very shaken and scared,” Albert told MassLive.
Albert said additional patrols were being added to the area, and detectives were searching for video evidence.
