Man arrested for allegedly indecently touching 17-year-old in Liberty Tree Mall
Police said the incident was reported shortly after 8 p.m. Friday.
A Lynn man was arrested on Friday for allegedly indecently touching a 17-year-old girl in the Liberty Tree Mall, Danvers Police Sgt. Steve Baldassare said.Edward Duval, 50, was charged with one count of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14.Baldassare said the victim reported the incident to Danvers police just after 8 p.m. while still at the mall.
An indecent assault and battery is defined as unjustified contact with someone’s breasts, buttocks, or genitals.
