A car was stolen in Boston with a 5-year-old inside. She was then found in Randolph.

Police are continuing to search for the vehicle, as well as for the suspect or suspects.

State police are searching for a vehicle they say was involved in the kidnapping of a 5-year-old girl on Monday.The girl was reportedly inside the silver Honda Accord late Monday afternoon on Dorchester Avenue in Boston, while her father “was away from the car,” when it was stolen. Police were able to trace her father’s cellphone, which was inside the car, and discovered the vehicle was south of Boston.The girl was found on Powdrell Avenue in Randolph by a state trooper; she did not appear hurt, police said.Police are continuing to search for the vehicle, as well as for the suspect or suspects. The car’s plate is US117D, according to officials. Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call 911.
