Dorchester shooting turns fatal
Officers initially responded to the shooting on Wednesday night near 149 Magnolia Street.
Boston police continue to investigate a Dorchester shooting that brought one man to the hospital, where he later died from gunshot wounds, according to a police news release. Officers reportedly responded to the shooting around 6:28 p.m. on Wednesday near 149 Magnolia Street in Dorchester.
Police have urged anyone with information to contact Boston Police Homicide Detectives at 617-343-4470.

“The Boston Police Department will stringently guard and protect the identities of all those who wish to help this investigation in an anonymous manner,” police wrote in their release.
