Man, 22, charged with indecently assaulting girl in Winter Street Concourse

MBTA transit police arrested a 22-year-old Boston man Tuesday for allegedly indecently assaulting a girl as she walked to a T station, according to a release.
The juvenile female told police she was walking through Winter Street Concourse, the pedestrian tunnel between Downtown Crossing and Park Street stations, with a friend around 4 p.m. when the man approached and indecently assaulted her.
State law defines incident assault as form of sexual assault that often involves some kind of unwanted touching.
About an hour after the girl reported the incident, police found a man matching the description she gave near Downtown Crossing Station.
Mohomed Diallo was arrested and taken to police headquarters for booking. Officials did not say what he was charged with.
