Canton pharmacy robber reportedly claimed to have AIDS-infected needle
Police said 24-year-old Ralph Milord handed the pharmacist a note demanding Percocet, codeine, and Xanax.
A man allegedly threatened a CVS pharmacist with a syringe that he claimed contained the AIDS virus Tuesday in Canton.
According to a police report obtained by WCVB-5, 24-year-old Ralph Milord handed the pharmacist a note demanding Percocet, codeine, and Xanax. The note also said he had a “needle containing the AIDS virus,” according to the report.
Milord allegedly left the Washington Street store after the pharmacist handed over some of the medications.
Police located a man around 1 p.m. in a nearby McDonald’s parking lot who matched the description the pharmacist gave. Officers used a Taser on him when he ran.
The stolen medications were found under a nearby shrub and in Milord’s pockets.
Milord faces charges including armed robbery, larceny of drugs and resisting arrest. WCVB-5 reported a judge revoked his bail on four outstanding cases at his arraignment Wednesday.
