Police searching for driver from South End hit-and-run that left one with life-threatening injuries

Police are asking anyone with information about the collision, which happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday near 1902 Washington St., to come forward.

Police are searching for the driver that struck a person in the South End early Monday and left them with life-threatening injuries.

The collision happened around 1:30 a.m. Monday near 1902 Washington St., according to police. That address is across the street from Grant AME Church and Ramsay Park.

The adult who was struck was taken to a local hospital, and the vehicle involved reportedly fled the scene. No further information has been released.
