Man in custody after hours-long SWAT standoff in Revere
The circumstances of the standoff are not yet clear.
A man was taken into custody early Wednesday morning in Revere after an hours-long standoff with police, according to WCVB-5.
The standoff reportedly began four hours earlier and led to the evacuation of an apartment building at 566 Beach St.
WHDH reported the man had barricaded himself inside a Revere home.
Police told WCVB-5 the man was wanted in another community. He was not identified, and no one was injured.
