Two males allegedly broke into a Dorchester woman’s home through a window last week, threatened her with weapons, tied her up, blindfolded her, and then stole valuables. Police are still searching for them.

The males broke into her apartment near Julian and Rand streets before 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 2, according to a release.

They threatened her with a firearm and a knife, the release said. Then they tied her up, blindfolded her, and took “various items of value” before leaving the apartment.

The pair fled on distinctive bicycles, police said. One had red pegs and brakes, and the other had blue handlebars.
